Electronics Technician
Job Summary:
- Reads and interprets bill of material, work orders, test procedures, performance specifications, wiring diagrams and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used.
- Confers with Engineering, Quality, Shipping and Operations Management regarding test procedures and results.
- Performs functional tests on subassemblies and Finished Goods products
- Work with team members to produce surface mount PC boards.
- Interacts with internal QC and Test Department to eliminate placement/ solder process errors.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Demonstrates ability to maintain a Customer Service-oriented mindset in dealing with in-house customers.
Machine Helpers
Job Summary:
- Set up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately in accordance to setup techniques
- Monitor board quality, including loose liner, warp dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.
- Report any quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to keep the machine running
- Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals
- Report any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, and hand and power tools
- Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
- Fabricates repair parts
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock, anticipating needed equipment, placing and expediting orders
- Provides mechanical maintenance information, reports and maintaining technical knowledge
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Warehouse Worker (EPJ / Reach Truck)
Job Duties:
- Operate electric pallet jack/reach truck to stage, count, sort and move products
- Loading and unloading of shipments
- Check quality and condition of product and packaging
- Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
- Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
